Private Office Details

Enjoy the best of both worlds – a private office and access to The Haven amenities and community. Our private offices can accommodate 1-3 desks and can be supplemented with flex memberships to support a company of any size. Your private office comes with a membership to the co-working space and all of the amenities that come with that membership, including a full-service kitchen, complimentary beverages, a variety of work and meeting spaces and inspiring programming. Most private offices have a window; some private offices have a river view. All interior walls are glass, so there is a lot of light throughout the space.

Private Office Pricing

All private offices include a full-time membership to The Haven for as many people as there are desks in the private office. (i.e. 2 desks = 2 FT memberships). Additional memberships can be added at 25% off (i.e. If you have 4 employees who want to use the space and you rent an office with only 2 desks, you will need to purchase 2 additional Haven memberships at a reduced price. Then all 4 employees can access the private office and co-working space as needed.)

Private offices require a 1-year lease and three months rent (first/last/security). 5% discount when paid annually.

Office pricing includes all of the following:

                                                      • High quality FULLY adjustable height desk and task chair
                                                      • 24/7 access to The Haven using our phone app
                                                      • Receptionist at the front desk
                                                      • Mail service
                                                      • Cleaning of common spaces
                                                      • Building security and facilities maintenance
                                                      • Utilities
                                                      • Printing stations w/ shared office supplies
                                                      • Common area and meeting room furniture and AV equipment  
                                                      • High-speed fiber-optic wireless internet
                                                      • Beverages for you and your guests (coffee, tea, cold brew, cider, beer, wine, kombucha)
                                                      • $250/mo in meeting room rentals
                                                      • Perks such as electric bikes and paddle boards
                                                      • Happy hours and other events
                                                      • The opportunity to connect with our 250+ members

The following may be added for a small additional monthly charge:

                                                      • Private office cleaning (trash service is included)
                                                      • Private phone line
                                                      • Secure hardwired internet line
                                                      • Printing ($0.06 B&W, $0.15 color)
