The Haven Photo Gallery

Upon entering The Haven, you'll see our gorgeous communal table - a perfect place to work, meet or eat. Looking past the communal table, you'll see the Library/Workshop room, and beyond that, a sweeping view of the Deschutes River. You might notice the paddle boards on the wall, reminding you to take a break on the river for some inspiration and to fill you back up. Our communal table was built from a single slab of wood from one of the trees that fell down in Drake Park a few years ago. Drake Park was the original gathering place in Bend, and we're honored to have a piece of that history in this new gathering place for Bend.

Stop to say hello to our receptionist and check-in and then head into the kitchen to grab a beverage. Beverages are complementary for members and their guests, and include local RIFF cold brewed coffee, kombucha, beer and wine, as well as regular coffee and espresso. Won't it be nice not to have to buy a cup of coffee just to have a meeting or use public wifi at a coffee shop? Whether you're keeping a hot beverage hot or a cold beverage cold, you'll only drink out of Bend's best drinkware at The Haven, thanks to a generous sponsorship from Hydro Flask!

Tired of doing the coffee-shop shuffle, but love the energy you get from working and meeting in a vibrant space? Grab a table in our cafe-style seating area for a meeting or just to work. Select a semi-private booth to take a video-call or to have a more intimate meeting. Pull up a bar stool overlooking the river. Or step into a sound proof phone booth to take an important call. Whatever your work needs are at the time, our flexible space has you covered.

Looking for a quiet and inspiring space to work? Our Library features sweeping views of the Deschutes River and a selection of books written by female and minority authors to provide the inspiration you need. Reserve this space to host a workshop.

Speaking of libraries, The Haven also has an "equipment library" of items you can check out, including bikes, KidRunners, paddle boards and Mt. Bachelor ski passes. Take a ride to the old Mill District for lunch. Stop by and grab a KidRunner to take your kid on a run, join a colleague on the river for a meeting on a paddle board, or take a client from out of town to Mt. Bachelor for the day. The possibilities are endless.

The Haven features two large conference rooms, both with 180 degree views of the Deschutes River and easy access to the outdoor patio. High quality video conferencing and presentation technology makes it easy to show off your best work. We also have five smaller private meeting rooms that can be reserved for 4-6 people. Use your monthly credits to reserve private meeting space, or pay an affordable member-fee if you use up your credits and need additional time.

The Refuge is like a living room overlooking the river. This area is a cell-phone and meeting-free space and is designed for individual work. However, because it isn't fully enclosed, you'll still feed off of the energy and white-noise of the activity happening around this area.

Because of the unique design of this building, there is an epic view of the Deschutes River from almost every space in The Haven. Use the stairs just past our building to get down to the River Trail for a run or walk and then use one of our four showers to make the transition back to work seamless.

Its tough to find an outdoor deck in Bend to rival this one. Once the snow melts, this patio will host plenty of tables and chairs and our wifi will cover the patio for outdoor meetings and work time. Its hard not to feel a little lighter and a little more creative with this view.

A pre-construction photo of The Refuge area overlooking the Deschutes River. One of the reasons we selected this unique location is because of the incredible amount of natural light throughout the space.

The community space downstairs offers a gorgeous indoor-outdoor feel, with large sliding glass doors that open onto the sweeping patio.
