Thank you for considering a Corporate Membership with The Haven. By partnering with The Haven, you are supporting local entrepreneurs and small business owners who are contributing to our economy, developing professional networks, and creating jobs and new innovations. As part of our commitment to “intentional coworking” we have a focus on supporting women and other groups that are currently underrepresented in business and entrepreneurship, and your partnership is critical to providing this support.

Traditional Haven memberships are for one individual. If you want access to the Haven for multiple people in a company, with a focus on reserving private meeting rooms, this is the membership for you.

The Haven boasts Central Oregon’s most beautiful conference rooms and event spaces with sweeping views of the Deschutes River.

  • All meeting room rentals include AV, video conferencing, high-speed fiber-optic internet, phone, and a white board.
  • All meeting room rentals include complimentary beverages for your guests, including hot coffee & tea, RIFF cold brewed coffee, kombucha, cider, beer and wine.
  • Meeting room rentals do not require a food & beverage minimum. We have preferred catering partners, or you can bring in your own food.
  • The opportunity to offer employees or visiting clients “day passes” to work from The Haven flex space.
  • The opportunity to reserve the entire space for evening or weekend events or company retreats.
  • The opportunity for employees to attend Haven wellness programming and other events at our Member rate.
  • We can also design a custom meditation, yoga or wellness experience for your meeting or retreat.
  • Spaces designed for content creation, including photography, videography and podcasting.
  • Fun perks such as Stand on Liquid paddleboards, KidRunners, and electric bikes from Bend Electric Bikes are also available and would be a great asset for corporate retreats, or for staff or clients to use while working in the space.
